Monke Reset is an iPhone app for quitting porn, built by Makebolt. It hands the blocking to Apple's Screen Time filter so there is no icon to delete, gives you one tap to something useful when an urge lands, and counts the days without turning a relapse into a reset.

Most apps here assume you’re calm
They expect you to read the advice, respect the streak and leave the blocker installed. That is not the person opening the phone at 1am, and building for them is why the graveyard of half-used apps exists.
We build for the bad night
Every decision assumes you are tired, alone and about to undo it. The block goes somewhere you cannot casually reach, and Help is one tap because two is already too many.
Nobody to answer to
No investors, no growth team, no ad network. It means we can afford to tell you the filter is removable, which is the part everyone else leaves out.
A relapse is a day, not a verdict
Mark it, keep the record, keep going. Anything that resets you to zero and attaches a lecture is designing for the day you delete the app, not the day you stop.
Four things we won’t do
Every one of these is something a competitor in this category does. Leaving them out costs us conversions and buys the only thing worth more.
Invent a number
No user counts, no download totals, no ratings we did not earn, no testimonials we wrote ourselves. If a figure is missing from this site, it is because we could not source it.
Promise the impossible
No app on iOS can make a filter unremovable. Anyone claiming it is describing something the system does not allow.
Add a feed
No profiles, no comments, no leaderboard. There is nobody else in the app, so there is nothing to perform.
Use shame as a mechanic
Guilt is an excellent way to get someone to delete an app and a terrible way to get them to change a habit.
